Selection of Items / Returns Info
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on apparel, hats, and bags because decorated items are produced specially for each order. We do not carry an inventory of these items, so please choose your size carefully.
We have a variety of brands within the store and sizing does vary by brand. A size chart is available on each item below the image. If you have questions about sizes that cannot be answered online, please call our customer service team at 888-839-7366.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the ship method selected. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Most orders ship from Tempe, AZ.
The shipping charges on our site are accurate for the continental 48 states. Our prices for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international locations are only an estimate. We will bill the actual shipping charges, which may be higher after the order ships.
